my experience

I suffered really badly from hypochondria which lead to me getting suicidal and having ridiculous panic attacks. I can’t really pinpoint why it all started or what caused it, maybe it’s just my make up, but I learnt that that isn’t important. What is important is the present and the future and this made me so determined to get better. I just wanted to be happy or even to be normal I hated how I was. Anyway through the consideration of my buddy I managed to see a psychologist who made me work with cognitive behavioural therapy along with graded exposure for my panic attacks as they were related to claustrophobia and I haven’t looked back. I so much better its untrue. I have the odd rubbish day but I now have the tools to get myself back on a good level so all in all I am actually happy. Thanks Keep Smilin for your more than helpful input.
