Chatting to people
We all know its good to talk to people about our problems because of how much people bang on about it.
Even though this is the case lots of us still struggle to do it. You don't want to come across like you're whining, negative or just a grumpy git, but, everyone needs a moan! Close friends, parents, counsellors or partners are all there for you and want to know whats going on, the last thing they want is for you to bottle it all up.
Even if the issue is with them, then most of the time it's good to be honest and just come out with it, because you can talk it through and come to a solution. All problems have a cause, sometimes when you feel crappy you get wrapped up in them and forget to look 'outside the box'. That's what talking to other people does; it gives you another perspective that will help you look at your troubles differently.
Think about it like this, if you couldn't talk to anybody then they wouldn't be very good friends in the first place! Friends are there to have someone to turn to.
